History Of Our Department
 
The Upper West Fork Volunteer Fire Department is run by volunteers of the Community, the county levy, and grants of which we use to buy supplies for the trucks, and rescue equipment. 
 
We run various calls such as accidents, fires, mutual aid (assistance to other stations), medical runs and 4 x 4 assistance.
 
 
Our Location From Arnoldsburg:
From Arnoldsburg:  Take Route 16 South, 10 miles, the Station and Park is located on the right.
 
From I-79 (Exit 40): Take Route 16 North, 9 miles, the Station and the Park is located on the Left.

Highland Grass
Joe Winebrenner, general manager for Highland Grass, has just announced the release of their new CD, "One More Time", recorded at River Track Studio. The CD contains all traditional songs with the addition of two original compositions written by Joe Winebrenner.

Highland Grass will have a new web site at www.highlandgrass.net At this web site you will be able to buy your favorite CD's of the band from their on line store.

One of the newest contributions to the band will be the relocation of Janet and Joe Jr. from their home in FT. Myers, Fl. to their new home in Moorefield, WV. This move will be the key to closer, smoother, band addenda and assure a great 2007 bluegrass season.
